Cheapest Pico de Loro condo you'll find here. Even so, I don't think it's worth all the hassle we encountered during our stay. Even if we paid relatively cheaper amount of money, I don't think it's right to F over your customers like that. You entered a hospitality business but all we received was inconvenience. Only pro I could think of is at least we had a place to crash for 2 nights.

Honest observations: * Incomplete instructions (no guidance about endorsement). Neither the owner nor caretaker instructed us about the endorsement requirement at the gate of Pico de Loro. First inconvenience out of the many but we didn't mind this much since we were able to solve this right away. * Caretaker's responses to messages are limited. If we didn't call her, she wouldn't have answered to some queries. We informed her that we will check in late (4pm) and she told us it was okay. When we arrived, the caretaker was not around. We couldn't ask the owner either because they instructed us to contact the caretaker if we had any concerns (surprise, we had lots) * Self-check in (no guidance from caretaker) Little to no coordination from caretaker as well. We didn't know what to expect in the room, what's broken and what's not. What the inclusions are in the room we rented. * Untidy. The floor was sticky when we arrived and a bath towel that seems to be just used, still wet, was hanging in the coat rack by the window. Despite arriving late, the room didn't seem ready. Dirty rags, water bottle gallon/ canister by the entrance. Seemed like the caretaker left in a hurry. * No basic toiletries included (no tissue roll provided). It would've been okay if we were advised at the beginning to bring those ourselves but how would we know those aren't available (even a measly roll of toilet paper that costs ₱15-20 each) in the apartment? You'd expect that kind of stuff to be available when you rent a room/hotel/bnb but apparently not here. Again, a little heads up would've sufficed. When we raised this with the caretaker via text, she replied that she isn't at Pico during that time and that we can buy some tissue paper ourselves from another unit in Myna Bldg. * No complimentary drinking water. We had to buy ourselves. Take note that we stayed there for 3d2n.

Staff is approachable, kind and helpful.

The ref was too small. Not enough for.3 days stay to store food. Wifi not working TV not working These can be easily fixed/improved. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The water pipes that supplies the whole apartment need replacement. The water was with debris, rust and was yellowish.
