"Far from KL city"

3 bedrooms with 5 beds. Spacious. Fast lift. Cheap.

Old furniture and house. Master room close to road. Noisy whole night. Toilet and heater are faulty. Overall need maintainance. Location far from KL. Strict tenant rules and very calculative

The room is spacious and has air conditioning throughout, including the living hall.

A thin mattress of about 5 inches.Towel is too small and does not absorb wet bodies, a urine odor was detected in the master bedroom, and the leather sofa in the living room is damaged and cannot be fully occupied. We have to eliminate bad odor by our own..
