Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Homestay Conditions and Service Dear Homestay Pic / Manager's I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your homestay. The overall condition of the property was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The home was not clean, and there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the premises. Despite trying to reach out to the in-charge person multiple times, I received no response or assistance. This lack of communication and poor service made the stay even more frustrating. I expected a comfortable and welcoming environment, but instead, I experienced inconvenience and discomfort.
