there’s 2 different elevator for higher and lower floor, cannot use the prepaid wifi on room 426, room 2820 cr cannot close

Location is nearby places I intend to go and it's affordable.

Seeing small cockroaches crawling in the room and bathroom. No toilet papers, only soap for toiletries. The room smells like air freshener at first, but when you roam further, you can smell like someone smoke in the room, which makes sense as I saw a cigarette burn mark on the blanket. Also, maybe they can provide a better pillow next time. :)

When I asked for an available power adapter since my phone charger doesn't fit with what they have on their power outlets, I got no response. A simple no would have been sufficient instead of leaving your guest hanging.

Thr location a 20 minutes walk from shangrila and mega mall. City view 👍staff is accommodating but sometimes late to reply😅

Towels and beddings smells not good its like already use. Small insects and cockroaches from everywhere😂😅no toiletries(like soap,toothbrush),bed is too noisy also the air conditioner is noisy but its too cold

I like the room it has AC. but the bed is not that comfy, they gave me very very thin blanket.

THEY CUT MY ELECTRICITY OFF!!! I TRIED CALLING THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED US WHEN THE FIRST TIME WE CHECKED IN BUT SHE WASN’T ANSWERING MY CALLS NOR MY TEXTS! HER NAME IS JESSEL, THEY ARE SO RUDE! THE KNOCK ON OUR ROOM ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AFTER I EMAILED THE BOOKING AGENCY ABOUT THE ISSUE AND THEY KEPT DISTURBING ME IN MY ROOM AND I DIDN’T OPENED IT. I WAS DOING MY ONLINE JOB IN MY ROOM AND THEY CUT MY ELECTRICITY FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS, I CANNOT REACH ANYONE IN THENPROPERTY SO I EMAILED BOOKING.COM ABOUT THE ISSUE BUT THEY RESPONDED SO LATE!
