Good location. Within the proximity of tourist spot and restaurant. Very accessible to public transportation.

1. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Comforter is good for 2 persons only despite we already informed caretaker that we are group if three. 2. You need to pay 150/person to use th swimming pool. 3. Notable issue with elevator waiting times during checkout, with waits stretching up to 20 to 30 minutes on occasion. This extended waiting period for the elevator can be frustrating, especially when guests are eager to check out promptly. I know this is not the fault of caretaker. Its the building or SMDC Property Management. Three passengers elevator is not good for hundreds of tennants.

Ate Cecile is very accommodating, reliable and honest. She gave us a walkthrough of the unit before leaving us. There are provided toiletries, towels and etc. The room is very clean.

The sliding door is very hard to open or close.

The queue in the elevator really sucks.
