The water smell from the bathroom

Conveniently, the property was provided with a parking lot/unit for 1 car. The bunk beds are comfortable. The unit has 2 bathrooms. The unit is uniquely designed, neat and spacious.

Some cabinets are worn out already.

The property has such potential, it is a double unit with living room and kitchen in one unit and beds in the other unit. The view is amazing. Highlights, AC, large TV with Netflix and internet

The bathrooms smelt of sewage and were mouldy, they were in a serious need of a deep clean and really needed replacement. Taps were only cold water, no heaters. Kitchen was also not cleaned, fresh oil drops were left on cooker, the cleaner needs training how to clean! The balcony door lock was broken, reported and told would be fixed after we left! The 5 star is very misleading, given it 3 stars is kind. Had to buy our own cleaning products for the bathroom

Elevator doesn’t stop at the 11/f. Tiny Cockroaches seen. Filthy microwave. No slippers available for guest and they require us to remove shoes when entering the house.

Location was good and unit was clean.

Many troubles with the stay and left after one noisy night, leaving early on a 4 night stay. One elevator worked only and would not stop on our floor (11), ridiculous. No one cared when told about it. Jeepney and rooster noise all night kept me from sleeping. The owner refused to give a refund or even a partial refund and did not even communicate with us or say sorry. Totally disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone.
