Great location Clean unit

Nicely furnished unit. Clean. hot stove for cooking. The building is very well maintained as well.

The only problem was very spotty Internet. The owner tried to get problems resolved and I appreciated that

My mom and I really liked the location, very accessible to SM North EDSA. Laundry services, food places and other services were close to the residence. The guards were helpful, and the owners of the unit were very responsive, and even prepared a weighing scale when I requested for it. The stay was very comfortable, beddings and towels were clean, aircon was really good, the comfort room was very clean and the water pressure excellent. Ok view from balcony. Was also able to enjoy the pool amenities for a small fee.

I'm just nitpicking here, the TV can only be used for NETFLIX, some of the kitchenware such as the spoons and forks need improvement, the exhaust fan of the kitchen has a funny smell but it's understandable, overall it didn't really affect the quality of our stay in the slightest, was a comfy and great staycation place.

I love the terrace of the unit that we rented for a night and the 6th floor swimming pool is big enough and clean.

The liquor was not allowed at poolside and the check out time should at leas bet 12noon as normal time for hotel checkiouts.

Complete set of toiletries, kitchenware and utensils, and clean linens. Also has complimentary water, netflix, and wi-fi access.

The pool access is kind of all over the place. Could be better if there's a guide or instructions how to process it.
