Airconditioning filter had black greasy dust over 1/2 inch this. Had not been cleaned in months. Vent in bathroom also appears never to have been cleaned. Foul odors rising up from the drain ( nauseating ).

A comfortable place indeed. The hosts, Mr. Ryan and Ms. Lovella were very accommodating and attentive to details and requests prior to my check in. Will surely book again on my next trip. Thank you very much you guys! I was pleased and happy during my stay.

"A very comfortable and quiet place to stay for a night in between travelling or for a longer stay."

The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is great, within walking distance of the airport (if you don't have a lot of luggage) and is close to the mall, many shops and restaurants. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and we had a good rest before travelling again early in the morning.

"Excellent rental apartment with accommodating host."

Host was very accommodating when we requested to checking an earlier than expected. Apartment very clean and well designed with all the necessities. Super close to the airport. Will definitely book this apartment again on my next trip to Philippines.
