1822 Deluxe Twin - MIGAs Haven at Sunvida Tower

experienced earthquake midnight aroung 1:30am yesterday october 13 and were in the 18th floor staying

Modest, clean and accessible.

Location

Facilities from the condo itself, only 2 lifts for all the guests and 1 lift for maintenance. Aircon in the rooms needs cleaning, toilets were not really clean as well and there was a smell(not really sure what it was though), well you get what you paid for basically

Near SM and We can cooked.

Building have lots of cracks in the wall and big cracks near the elevator from ceiling to floor.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a strong hot shower, reliable internet connection, and is walking distance to SM, which made our stay enjoyable.

The only area for improvement would be the lobby — it tended to get quite crowded and additional seating could help accommodate waiting guests more comfortably.

Not as glamorous as the pictures look, lobby was dirty, but not a terrible place, i give it a 7

Chose for location next to shopping centre. Plenty of food and shopping across the road

The location

The whole place/ unit smelled like rotten something. The drainage/sewer smelled so bad. I told the front desk about it and they said they are going to let them know about it.
