The owner of the room 1822 is super accommodating and quick attending to your needs. Room is super clean and complete with basic facilities. Location is so convinience. Property is jist accross SM City, with van terminal if you wish to have a tour.

I like its 2 unit and 2 washrooms with 2 Netflix. We are able to swim too . Good experience for my family. Host replies in appropriate time. Minor suggestions -The kitchen is dated.. The toilet roll dispenser also falls easily same with the hang rod in the cabinets which is an easy fix. But overall the place is clean and comfortable.

Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!
