Studio Fully Furnished

Excellent location, the apartment is in a tall building with 32 floors, Tower 4 of 5 and has approx. 22 m2. Around the corner is a large Mall so you can buy everything you need. The apartment is on the 6th floor, but when you are inside, it is a high ground floor and looks directly at the pools. The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast. We fee was fast and good. In my opinion, more furniture than necessary, huge armchairs are uncomfortable to sit on and just take up space. The bed mattress was soft and comfortable to sleep on. The refrigerator works great. I didn't use the TV.The owner is very kind and would like to do everything to make your stay pleasant - in my case, she was not in Manila when I was there, the keys were handed to me by my niece. 8 Pics of the property attached

The AC was very loud and noisy at times, it was tearing my brain until I had to turn it off. Next day was ok , but in the evening again very loud. Seems to be some hiden problem... - not nice ! The towels were very old and not very nice. The pool is surrounded by 4-5 HUGE towers and there is not much sun at all , its all day in shade ... All 5 towers were very narrowly built, one tower is at the moment under total reconstruction , it is ugly building site (date 1.4.2026 ) and everything looks like a huge construction site. Children are swimming in front of your window all day long, screaming non-stop. If you want to swim in this pool, you should pay 200 PHP. No fun - sings Iggy Pop & the f. Stooges .... :O)

・とても丁寧にサポートをしてくれるスタッフ。返信の対応も早く、アーリーチェックインにも素早く対応してくれました。 ・清潔で掃除が行き届いている。部屋全体も清潔で、家具も使い勝手が良く、バスルームやキッチン周りも清潔で、14日の滞在中に2回もベットシーツの交換と掃除に来てくれました。掃除はこまめに行き届いており、とても快適に過ごせました。 ・立地の良さ。ボニ駅へ歩いて5分もかからずに行けるため、行動がとても快適でした。BGCへもグラブで近く、主要都市へのアクセスがとても良かったです。 ・徒歩5分圏内に、大型ショッピング施設とセブンイレブンもあり、水やトイレットペーパー、自炊する食材などを買いに行けてとても生活しやすかったです。 とにかく、滞在中に「この宿を選んで良かった！」と何回も話すほど、良すぎました。

Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε. Δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό. Δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο είναι condominium οπότε δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν. Με πολύ δυσκολία με τον σεκιούριτι βρήκαμε άκρη οποίο είναι το δωμάτιο μας.

The location is perfect same goes with the Unit Owner.
