Posizione ottima , vicinissimo al centro e stazione raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. L'host ci ha fornito tutto quello che gli avevamo chiesto per il bambino e ci ha fatto trovare un regalo di benvenuto molto apprezzato

Alles war super, es gab sogar ein Berüssungsgeschenk und das Parken im Parkhaus war kostenlos wenn man nur einmal ausfährt.

Allereerst is de communicatie met de host perfect, duidelijk en accuraat. Het appartement is volledig, super schoon en netjes. Er staat een prachtig welkomspakket voor je klaar. Werkelijk aan alles is gedacht. Daar bovenop nog de uitrijkaart voor de parkeergarage. Lokatie is fantastisch; je loopt zo de stad in. Kortom ga hier verblijven als je in Alkmaar bent. Het is niet groot maar heel volledig en compact.

"It was okay but i was expecting more according to the price"

Every thing is there whatever is required for short stay, room was small but its fine for a couple, not for families. Host is responsive.

I found ants and spider in comforter/bedsheet and i immediately sent video to host, i do not appreciate her response which was “i will check after your stay finished” my stay was 3 night so whats is the use if action will be taken when my stay finished? I requested host to send me picture of front door and safe box so i can find out easily once i reach because its not a hotel, its a private apartment which means some times you struggle to find out place but she said she cant due to security reasons, not sure what security reasons she was referering to but i got a picture from google. Another thing i dont like, i requested for cleaning on my 3rd day because we have kids but host has refused and said she will arrange cleaning once i left. So there is no cleaning every day and i think it is one of the reasons of ants & spider.
