De ligging midden in het centrum, (veel leuke dingen te doen op loopafstand), de attenties (wijntje, zoutje, chocolaatje, kaasje) bij binnenkomst, de service (snel contact via app, uitrijkaart parkeergarage, sleutelkastje) de voorzieningen van alle gemakken voorzien (thee/koffie, vaatwasser, kookplaatje, waterkoker, broodrooster, combi oven) goed bed, genoeg ruimte voor 2 en Alkmaar zelf!! Prachtige stad!

Niet goed kunnen ventileren in de badkamer, het ontbreken van gebruiksaanwijzingen oven en vaatwasser, soms beetje gehorig wb geluid van (boven)buren

Very cozy apartment, has everything you need, ideal location.

This is the type of property where the host and all the little extra's make all the difference. The location is excellent, though parking at the front door can be a challenge. The parking garage is 400 meters away so it was no issue for me. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Upon my arrival there was a bottle of red wine, some nuts & fruits and a block of cheese, together with a parking voucher for the parking garage for free exit. I was very much surprised with these kind of extras. They absolutely enhance the experience! When I opened the fridge there was a second bottle of wine! And that was a nice one. :) Thank you for a pleasant stay!

When I tried parking at the front door all spaces were taken, thus I had to resort to the parking garage 400m down the road. Being all one-way traffic I had to drive for another 15 minutes ~10km to reach the carpark again. The upstairs neighbors (or owners?) were up late (or toilet breaks?) and I could hear all their footsteps, waking me a couple of times during the night.

Lokatie is echt top. Na een kleine tip dat ik als echte thee drinker een paar theeglazen " miste" hing er bij terugkomst een tasje met glazen aan de deur ! Dat is echte service! Wat een lieve mensen.

Mycket fräscht och rent! Välkomnande, med både vin och ost, små schampo- och tvålflaskor, lotioner mm. När vi behövde hjälp med att få fram rätt nycklar, när vi kom, ringde jag värdinnan och hon kom direkt och hjälpte till.

Fönster mot en parkeringsplats.

Good location a short distance from the historic town centre and within walking distance of the train/bus station. Easy access. Quiet and clean. Generous welcoming pack. Well equipped, though we didn't find bowls for our breakfast cereal. The good pub/restaurant nearby on the corner of the main road, by the river/park, is worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay.

This may be a matter of translation, but our accommodation was a single room, not a single room apartment. Everything was in that single room with a corner divided off for the toilet/shower. In England this would be described as a bedsitter. There was not much space for two people and we decided not to cook our evening meals. It is important to look carefully at the photographs, some of which are of the adjacent two bedroomed accommodation. That said there was nothing wrong with the room we stayed in other than we felt it was expensive for its size.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es keinen eigenen Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft gibt.
