Spacious 65m2 Apartment in the Centre of Eindhoven - R65B

Very central location, easy to find and navigate the city. Was lovely and warm in such cold temperatures. Very spacious for a group of friends to stay in.

great location you can see the main church from the window, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, host was available per whatsapp and gave me tips about the city and parking

as it is located in the city center on the main shopping/pub street it can get quite loud on the weekends, also the clock on the church strikes every hour, so you cannot sleep with open windows(however, there is air conditioner)

Great location. Perfect for exploring Eindhoven and the surrounding areas. Close to where our daughter was living and easy to access on foot. Apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed.

Great location in center

We found the flat dirty, especially the toilet and bathroom. We called the management company and asked if they could at least send someone to clean it. No one ever came and they stopped responding.

It was more spacious than I imagined and it was nice to find some dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil already there to be used. Kitchen had everything you needed and the TV had so many channels. Very neat and clean. Entrance was with a keypad code so didn’t have to worry about keys which was great.

If you visit when the weather is warm and you sleep with the windows open, the noise from the street can be disturbing (especially in the early hours of the morning). And the bedroom can get quite warm, suggest a pedestal fan or ventilator of some sort.

Apartment is very well provisioned. Information provided beforehand was top notch. It is easy to find and enter, and very centrally located. It is also, as suggested by the name, truly spacious, especially considering its location and the price per night. I would certainly consider returning in the fall or winter.

I would not recommended renting this anytime during the summer. Air conditioning consists of one unit located in the living room and is insufficient to cool the apartment notably. During my stay (max. temperature 25-30 degrees centigrade), temperature inside was 28-33 degrees centigrade. This required opening all windows and coping with the noise from the streets.
