The location is very convenient and the owners are very helpful! The room was huge

It could do with a couple of more amenities

Good location, was able to check in early, choice of AC or fan in room, fine for a couple of days but wouldn’t recommend for longer

Issues with the water and electricity while we were there No soap provided to wash hands

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was good for us, off the main road so was nice and quiet. Room/ensuite was clean and smelt fresh, actually had hot showers. AC worked very well

Location is a few minutes walk from the main centre, about 15 mins walk to the port where island hopping tours go from. Family run it, need to call out when you arrive and someone will come out and give you the key. Room was perfect!! Comfy double bed, strong wifi, tv and aircon working, shower had hot water. Had a cold/hot water machine outside room, also free coffee with clean mugs. Family was friendly and helpful in organising our van transfer to Busuanga airport last minute (within 5 minutes we were picked up) for 250peso per person. Thank you for having us!!

Very basic room in a separate house from the local family taking care of the rental. If you are out the whole day for activities, you don't need more. Hot water and the pressure works very well in the bathroom. The host arranged my transfer with the local taxi pick-up system, which worked super well.

A fridge would be welcomed so you could keep your food away from ants. I bought cookies from a local bakery in the evening for my early morning flight, and hanged it on the cord of the fan... but the ant's found their way :-(. On one of the mornings, I had a bad surprise to have an outburst of flying ants in the shower/bathroom. I have reported this to the host (which asked me if I had the light on in the bathroom at night - which I did not) - I assume they must have some ants issues that need to be seriously taken care (between cracks or the water pipes where they come out). In the evening, the flying ants were gone, but during the stay there would still be a few crawling out/flying around while showering. For me, it was not a big deal, but for other guests, it can be. One thing the host can't do much about it unless they complain to the municipality, but worth to be mentioned. The bin people will pass every morning at 6:30 with extremely loud music (the same sound in a 20 sec loop) which took an average of 10 min to move on.

Room was spacious but felt kind of empty. Would be better with a drawer/closet and a mini fridge. We needed to keep some things cold but apparently they had no fridge where we could store it. There was no water one night until the next day so we couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, wash our hands. No dark
