Hartelijke ontvangst en een brandschoon en praktisch ingericht appartement. We hebben als extra de ontbijtmand besteld en die was ook zéér de moeite waard!

The property was clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lovely on-site Cafe for great coffee and food. Family atmosphere, very chilled. Lovely, kind and helpful host. Will go back without hesitation!

It was a very nice room, when we arrived we got greeted by some coffee on the house. We heard the rules and received the keys. No problems in anyway!

Practically none! Kind hosts and a great place. 15 minutes away from Maastricht and Valkenburg.

Very peaceful, check in was very easy, nice view from the window, and staff was really great. We had a small complaint and the next day we found a bottle of wine and chips outside our door. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the place is easy to access.

1. Everything is in dutch. 2. Bathroom shower did not have a floor separator nor a curtain so water was always everywhere, but special mops were available. 3. In the Family room, the upstairs bedroom is dangerous. The beds are right under the roof’s wooden supports and anyone can get injured very easily (even kids). 4. Couch smelled like cigarette smoke from previous guests - but owner said they cleaned it thoroughly after we left.
