Very clean and nice place. All my family feel satisfaction due staying there. Nice and very helpful People invited us and make that living in Eindhoven Was really nice. Big point for possibility rent bike on the destination for three People.

The property is very cozy and owners are really welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come back❤️

This is a homestay in a suite located in a quiet residential area near the university. A nice park with a pond nearby. Comfy bed and all the privacy you want. 500 MBps internet. The owner is kind and friendly and our brief chats were memorable and interesting. He taught me how to brew coffee with a moka pot (already using it!) and even gave a ride to the airport.

Doors and windows need more sound isolation/insulation so that road noise is less audible. Bedroom/kitchen got cold easily due to lack of insulation. Luckily, this was fixable by cranking up the heating system using the individual heating regulator. I'm sure the host will fix it and the place will be perfect even in winter.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need to make your own breakfast. It was very comfy and intimate. I like that the wc wa sseparated from the shower. It also has a small garden to relax and drink your coffee. The beds were very comfortable and also we liked the dining area

A ventilator in the closet will be useful it was a little bit difficult to open the windows

Everything about the apt was comfortable which made our stay very relaxing.

Everything was good. Maybe upgrade the towels.
