JaBaKi Green Studio

The location was nice, in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very nice. We arrived late, but she still came to greet us. There was a TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Right above the studio there is a "child friendly room" that the host rents. The problem is that the soundproofing between that room and the studio is terrible. We couldn't sleep because there was a baby crying all night and it sounded like it was right beside me. The footsteps from above were also very loud and we could even hear the sounds from the baby's toys, the water running and the toilet flushing.

The hosts were kind and allowed me to drop off my bags hours before check-in, which I really appreciated. I found the suite well equipped and comfortable. Hoofddorp was quite cute. It took about an hour to get into Amsterdam but public transport is good.

The one thing I regret is being woken up at 5:20am (despite wearing earplugs) due to noise from someone upstairs - I guess the floor isn't soundproofed.

It is in a calm residential neighborhood, you can see the local people walking around. There is a supermarket and other markets and cafes near there.

Everything was super private, comfortable and cozy. The host really put in a lot of thought to making it somewhere which provides all amenities. I stayed for 2 nights which was perfect but I could see a longer stay being comfortable also. The area is quiet at night but also accessible to shopping mall, grocery and transportation. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks!

I can't think of anything which was undesirable about this location. Everything was beautiful.

We stayed for two nights in a row. The studio was tiny, very functional and had everything we needed for our stay and more. With instructions from our hostess, we found the shopping area, restaurants and transportation to travel to and from Amsterdam. The bed and bedsheets were very comfortable and smelled very clean. Jose drove us to the airport and we got to know each other more. This experience gave us a chance to have a short stay at a Dutch community. That was a big plus.

If there is something that can be improved - perhaps on the next renovation, they might consider changing the bathroom sink. I found it difficult to brush my teeth and wash my face. The water dripped on the floor because of its tiny size. Also, I could not use the mirror as it was over my head.
