Unfortunately we don't like anything. I think the only advantage is that this apartment is very close to the village of Zaanse Schans (tourist spot with windmills).

It was a terrible 4 days together with my family. The apartment is a deposit of old and used things that are available to guests. The bathroom smells bad all the time. Window only in the room overlooking a roof. Room and bathrooms without ventilation. Old and stained towels. We had to buy our own towels. Bathroom with rust and mold. When we turned on the microwave, the energy in the apartment (also in the neighboring apartment) went out. It was a terrible experience and definitely the rent charged is incompatible with what is offered. We paid 550.00 Euros for 4 days!!!. I hope that the host uses the money he receives from us to carry out a complete renovation of his apartment. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this accommodation option to anyone. At least for me it definitely wasn't good.

literally nothing. I preferred to lose the whole amount, which the owner would not reimburse, and to book another hotel after the 1st night.

The pictures on booking are not reflecting the at all how the real place looks. it’s a scam. the flat is located in a quite ugly and industrial neighbourhood, but on top of that it smells bad, the floor is dirty and the bed linen are stained.

Nice and quiet flat near Zaanse Schans mills and Amsterdam. Friendly and kind host. Ideal place to rent bikes and go around. Strongly recommended accomodation.

Having to go back home :-(

It is so easy to visit several places from there e. g. Den Haag, Amsterdam, Alkmar … and it was easy to go to the sea. A good mix for the whole family.
