I had a fantastic stay! The aparment was spotless spacious & comfortable , marco was incredibly friendly and answered all the questions we asked! , the parking was easy to find and was also free 😁. The apartment was close to the venue we had an event at and it was also not far from arnhem central station. The apartment was easy to check in to later at night as our flight arrived late we had to check in at 11pm and this was possible due to a lockbox.

The apartment I have 2 bedrooms, really comfortable the beds and the floor heating. We had a problem with the heating, but the host came really fast and fixed the problem. Good location. For long stays it has a washing machine and dryer which is great.

Unfortunately if the neighbors have a party, as it was our case the noise is annoying during the night and you cannot rest. For cleaning, I think it is room for improvement. Under the couch cushions I found cigarettes, balloons, lighters, and stockings.

Alexa pause. The proprietor of this property was extremely friendly and easy to connect with. The property was clean and extremely well-maintained. It was in a perfect location, and parking was easily available for us. I could not be happier with the accommodations, and if I’m ever in that area again, this is the only place I would want to go. Do yourself a favor and do business with Top Sleep apartments.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not love about this apartment. The only downside was that I could not stay longer. I am so much looking forward to my next trip there I will choose Top Sleep apartments every time. The best news is, the proprietor is expanding and should have more units available soon.

The location was very handy to the town centre.

The water was turned off for maintenance overnight on Saturday but was reconnected early Sunday morning.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the city center, and to the grocery store. The unit is large and bright, and the bus stops are right there. Quiet building, and the neighbourhood felt safe.

The place was filthy. I spent 6hrs cleaning, many containers of bleach. The Kitchen was gross. None of the frying pans could be used, the glass kettle was black inside, cupboards and all dishes had to be washed. walls filthy with food residue. The Clothes Washers soap dispenser was black sludge, shower black mold. I only cleaned what i was using,the rest i did not touch. Its needs a complete scrub down, along with a new vacuum, replace outdoor chairs with broken seats. The host came with new pans, new bed sheets, dressing mirror, and answered my complaints quickly. Its obvious that no care has been given for a very long time. Its too bad, because the location really is great. ,and it could be a real gem.
