Centrally located and spacious studio

The shower is really too small. Could only shower with door open, otherwise I could not turn myself around in the shower. Although it was somewhat noisy, it did not keep us awake.

The room was quite dusty, the tv and the ornamental plants were covered in dust and the floor needs to be swept and washed. The sound travels like crazy in this building. My partner was listening to music on his phone on the top floor and I could hear it clearly on the 1st floor. Be aware that you could easily disturb others!

Very nice modern comfortabel apartment located in the heart of Deventer.

Only missed a small table where you can sit for breakfast. Space enough.

Super location in central Deventer with good access to cafes and restaurants. An easy walk from the railway station. A quiet location facing away from the church bells.

Not a great view from the apartment, but private. The apartment is compact in a single room with additional bathroom and good shower. Ideal if you are not spending time working in the apartment since there is no table.
