Cosy, comfortable and very clean. Interesting building with friendly staff.

Kitchen and WC could be a little bit bigger.

Nice little studio, close to city center. Nice decoration, very clean, the owner left us some fruits, chocolate, cookies, there's milk, tea and coffee in the kitchen, it was all really nice.

The property offers an unforgettable experience. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood; it is managed by a hostess that really cares about guests, she warmly welcomed and surprised me with small details that made me feel special. The rooms are very nice, cozy, comfortable, carefully chosen details. For example, I appreciated that I could choose between two pillows, one firm and one soft - depending on each guest preferences - and that's a detail that makes the difference; that's caring about your guests.

Everything was perfect. Just a warning, the kitchen is very small, it is not possible to cook. The property is exactly "bed & office", like in description - so take this in consideration when you plan your stay.

The room has all that you need and is very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to downtown, where you can access bars, restaurants, and the amazing sites around Groningen. Parking is provided at the location.

Excellent in every aspect - comfortable, quiet, clean, all with a lot of attention to detail.
