L'emplacement proche de la mer et accés à tous les commerces et supermarché.

Comme il n'y pas de volet au Pays Bas, il faudrait des rideaux occultants pour la nuit. En effet, un lampadaire en face de la location reste allumé toute la nuit. Ce qui n'est pas propice à une bonne nuit.
