Perfekt läge, sköna sängar. Modern inredning. Bra med utemöbler på altan och balkongen. Välutrustat med tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin. Underbar utsikt. Vi lyckades fånga fisk direkt från klipporna. Roligt!

Kändes inte så välstädat när vi kom. Smulor kvar på bordet och den enda ugnsplåten som fanns var tyvärr väldigt smutsig. För att vara ett så fint hus i övrigt hade jag önskat ett mer välutrustat kök men Micro, riktig kaffebryggare och ugnsformar.

View and location are great, sort of peaceful but you can hear lots of cars from the road above. Good for sea fishing, even from the balcony especially at low tide, if you master the art of not snagging on sea weed. We caught massive pollocks and few cod. Underfloor heating was great, we could manually control the temperature. Accessing property was easy, good instructions for collecting the key.

I usually don’t post bad reviews but when we pay a lot for a stay, we expect to get a clean, well maintained place. Bathroom and kitchen were moderately cleaned, we had to vacuum and floor wasn’t mopped. The dust bag in vacuum cleaner was full, my husband had to empty all the dirt before we could use it. There was no bucket for mopping and no mop head, l borrowed one from the neighbours so l could clean the floor. There was a bad smell in the house on arrival, l guess because the furniture, sofa, carpets, pillows, throws weren’t washed for a long time. Unpleasant odour upstairs is even worse. The bed upstairs in double room is very soft and they placed a thick mattress topper on it which made it even softer, woke up with backache next morning. Therefore I had to remove the topper after the first night, so l had the “pleasure” to see the state of bedding underneath. Mattress was stained, discoloured, so was the other side of topper, same situation with the pillows and blanket. The staircase leading upstairs is wobbly, luckily it didn’t collapse during our stay. There was a loose socket in the kitchen, shower head holder was cracked and toilet paper holder wasn’t fixed to the wall properly. Bed linen and towels had the same unpleasant odour just like the entire place. Luckily l brought our own bedsheets, and l washed their towels before using them. There was some brown liquid spilled over the blinds by the entrance which should’ve been cleaned professionally. The large living room windows were dirty, l had to clean them outside to enjoy the views. Plates were scratched, cracked and chipped. There was one frying pan without lid and no microwave, food could be warmed up only in the oven. We had a wonderful terrace but no covered area to sit when raining, which happens quite often there. Pillows for garden furniture were left outside, all soaking wet, so no use at all.

Städning var hastig gjort, mjöl i ett skåp, kaffe på vänster karm när man kommer in, ben af bordet inte fräsch, tvätt av före gäster i korgen, smutsiga fönster, porslin ungskål fett, mat på handtaget av ugn, täcke och kudde behövs att tvätta, man ser att spiraltrappan är farligt, inre är den på väg att gå sönder (trappan kan då att rasa isär). Om vi hyr ett hus med terrass förväntar vi inte att terrassen blir betsas om under vistelsen (kunde inte sitta ute p.g.a doften).

The stairs leading down to the place were alot. The stairs inside were kinda sketchy, very wobbly. It wasn't stocked with enough toilet paper or paper towels but Micheal did respond quickly and dropped some off. There were also many spiders inside that we had to kill and some we missed

That view was stunning! We sat and soaked in the view of the sea for hours, breathtaking! Also the sound of the sea lapping up against the rocks was the cherry on top! Michael the host was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. We stayed in the Superior Suite and loved it. Very clean, warm and pleasant. We would highly recommend.

Pillows were a little too soft, but we improvised. Also the main bin area on the main road was a ghastly sight as it looks like the birds/animals have ripped open a few bags that may have been left out. But the house and the location was utterly spot on!

The view and serenity of the location is magnificent. The host is very responsive and helpful.
