Very kind and helpful hosts, cozy family environment, well-equipped rooms and kitchen, beautiful views. The apartment is a 25-minute walk from the Boudhanath Stupa, in the neighborhood there are stores and restaurants. We would love to return!

A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great view from the terrace and equally amazing view from the balconies. The facilities were delivered as promised.

The whole apt is light and airy with big rooms and high clgs.  2nice big bedrooms. My mattress was thick &soft, with like new linen(but no top sheet)& comfy Pillows.  Beautiful rooftop terrace with view of Kathmandu &lines to dry clothes. Drinking water provided from a 5gal Bottle, clean bathroom, hot shower, large newer towel provided.  Short walk to grocery store where credit card accepted.  Host was friendly and helpful.

Power outages several times per day.  Neighborhood dogs barking nearby at night and very loud, even after closing windows and doors (Not the host's fault, but renters need to know).  The Kitchen is large, bright, with a good sized fridge and granite countertops, but not clean.  It needs a deep cleaning - past frying on the propane cooktop with no vent fan has left oil residue on surfaces.  Dirty utensils, counters, cookware.  I had to wash all items before using.  There were only 2 previous negative comments on the kitchen, so maybe this is an isolated event and cleaning was missed before my rental?  I was told the previous occupant stayed one month.  The kitchen was unfortunate because otherwise the apartment alone would rate a 10.

The owners were very friendly and mentioned the rules to us at the beginning of our stay. The apartment had every facility needed during our stay.
