2 Bedroom house in Hamilton Central

Location was great and handy to our event. The beds were comfortable. Great to have space to ourselves. Owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout.

Just a few things. We booked for 4 people but only had 3 towels. That was not a big issue though as we did have towels. The only area that was not clean was the shower. The room was clean, but the shower cubicle itself was not. There was mold all around the inside of the shower especially on the sealed areas. The seal would need to be removed and the joints scrubbed clean to get rid of the mold, then reseal it. This actually is a health issue, and that is why I'm bringing it up. If that issue can be taken care of, the property will be worth the price you charge. Other than that you have a great property and we will come back again.

Well located. Hamilton has its charms. Some good restaurants, cinema, and other attractions such as the river and gardens. Good stopping off point to visit Matamata, Hobbiton and the Waikere Falls.

Nothing. It was a horrible place. On a main road, very noisy in an awful neighbourhood. The place smelt of old cigarettes, tables were sticky. We walked in, took one look around and decided no way we were staying. We booked another place at the last minute which was so much better for the 4 of us.

Everything! It’s a horrible old unit.
