As it's titled, Cozy and Comfortable it is, Access to the accommodation was a breeze with instructions provided. Even with it's location ( a main route between West, Central and East Auckland ), the noise is not as bad as I thought it might be. Each room has a Shower/Bathroom ( 3rd and 1st floor ) with a half Bathroom on the 2nd floor which is also the main floor ( Kitchen, Dining and Living areas ). Handy to local mall and other major attractions. Overall the accommodation served our Family Weekend escape and would consider returning should the need arise again. Clean facilities, heater available, very well stocked kitchen, near to city center, short drive away, walkable distance to mall and other restaurants

The place was spacious and comfortable, and most of the facilities exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the garage—it was a bit small. I was lucky to have hired a compact car, which fit just fine, but anyone with a larger vehicle might find it challenging.
