Clean, modern rooms, the breakfast selection was amazing. My kid loved the juice and the cereral selections and we didn't end up using the eggs but them being offered was a nice touch. The peaceful deck was great

Calme, tranquille grand espace de chambre, salon immense

La chambre avec salon n a pas de toilette. On est obligé de sortir dans le froid pour accéder au unit avec les toilettes. Le code du portail ne fonctionne pas donc c était problématique nous avons du attendre le propriétaire

I could not fault this place u give it a 10 out of ten . By far the best bnb I have stayed at to date . Attention to detail , privacy , cleanliness oh and the fresh oranges from the tree that were left in the room were delicious. And so lovely that it’s port friendly . Cheers

Close to family. Clean, comfortable and well fitted out. Having a few breakfast items was lovely. Beautiful setting and close to town. We would be quite happy to stay again as 2 adults only.

As we were 3 adults, one of whom was was staying in the second bedroom, but there was no internal thoroughfare between the second bedroom and main unit, so access to shower and toilet from the second bedroom was only by going outside. This was uncomfortable for the adult staying in the second bedroom as the weather was wet and cold. This was not made clear in the advert.

"Wonderful and peaceful"

Lovely setting, spacious and clean and tidy. Nice selection of spreads plus eggs, milk, bread, muesli, yoghurt. Rusty the dog was a friendly welcome on arrival. Lyn and Keith were friendly but gave us privacy.

"First time in Pukekohe"

The place, the scenery, the welcome party, everything was great. Very quiet, and cosy. The units were beautiful with plenty of space. And outside the view was stunning. Close to the venue but away from the clutter and noise of the city.
