The location is amazing. Just 8 minutes to the Wanaka Tree. Helen was lovely and welcoming. Such a great spread for breakfast including several cereals, biscuits and breads. A home away from home.

it is a simple self service breakfast but is enough food supply, just bread roll , jam and butter, cereal,coffee and tea provide.

Er was geen ontbijt tafel en ook niet echt een voorziening.om.te.koken. Maar in de omgeving zaten voldoende eetgelegenheden dus dat.maakt het weer goed

Beautiful home from home in a lovely location in a residential area. Free parking space. Continental Breakfast included. Host Helen was there to greet us & available if needed. Walking distance to That Wanaka Tree !

No negatives

Located in a quiet lane just off from the main road and a 15 minutes leisurely walk along the lake will take you to the town centre where all good restaurants and stores are located. The kitchen at the villa was well stocked for all that you need for an English breakfast of highest quality. Helen and Ron are excellent hosts (probably one of the best in this trip of 14 days). Has ample car park exclusively for the guests! No hesitation in recommending to anyone traveling to Wanaka.

Nice spot and breakfast cereals, fruit, toast and yoghurt were supplied for breakfast.

I like a dark room to sleep and the room we were in was a bit light for me...but this is a minor dislike and personal preference.
