Was a great place, spacious, good facilities, parking, quiet, and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. 100% highly recommended.

It can be a little hard to find, but once you're there it's easy.

Hosts were lovely - communicative and friendly. Loved the bread on the second day - such a nice touch! The bed was super comfortable.

Cannot think of anything to improve. The place was great!

Seriously loved everything! Bev and Rick are super special hosts with the most! Internet fast. Shower and bathroom large. Water pressure good. Toiletries supplied. Little touches like boxes of tissues by sides of each bed and side lamps appreciated. Lovely variety of herbal teas Ong with normal tea, coffee, sugar and real milk. Beds super comfy in both bedrooms. Queen in master. A king single and single in 2nd room. Blinds kept rooms dark at night. At end of a small side road and super, super quiet. Is out of fray of Tauranga centre, best if you have your own transport. Exceptionally clean. Heating worked wonderfully. Couldn't fault our 3N stay. We WILL be back. Thank you Bev, thank you Rick.
