Everything you needed. Good value for money. Excellent for a night out of the van.

I wonder if it had been hoovered with a slightly broken hoover/the carpets needed a clean. Slightly odd smell, but was very clean and tidy and didn't bother us.

The Unit is exactly as described and on the pictures. Located in a quiet residential area. Parking is easy and the unit itself is well equipped. Bathroom is small but good.

Only downside is the queenside bed (a king size would easily fit and no real closet to store your belongings.
