Quite spacious and good lake view

Cleanliness - lots of live and dead flies and bugs on walls, ceiling and kitchen bench No lift access - need to move luggage via >10 stairs Facilities - Bed dip in the middle, pillow too soft, no coffee machine, shower recess too small Parking - unsecured parking space as our car’s wind screen blades were adjusted by others for unknown reasons Overpriced - lots of better options available with this price

We loved the lakeside view and the spacious balcony, where we enjoyed a few meals and peaceful morning coffees. The room was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with consumables. We also really appreciated the assigned parking spot, as it was very convenient (parking seems to be a bit tight around Queenstown). Additionally, the bus stop located right out front made it easy to travel to the CBD. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
