The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable as was the pull out extra bed there was also no milk in the fridge

Collected keys from Shelley at entrance to car park. She showed us where to park and around the room. She was lovely

It was impossible to get around the complex without a fob key. With four of us, and only two keys. We couldn't even exit our carpark floor to get back into the lift/foyer area. This was beyond frustrating
