Расположение, собственные апартаменты. Цена. Быстрота зачисления.

Мебель старая ,чистота не очень. Шумно из за плохой изоляции окон и стен.

The flat studio is very spacious! and the kitchenette had all the utensils needed, stove, fridge, kettle. Happy it also has AC because we came in summer time.

The shower needs to be unclogged.
