Cossy. L’emplacement et la proximité des commerces. Le personnel de la réception de l’immeuble ont été toujours très accueillant et serviable.

La comunicación fue fluida. La ubicación es muy buena, con un supermercado justo delante, casas de cambio cerca, restaurantes... El apartamento como tal es bonito y está bien distribuido, más allá de que sea más viejo de lo que se ve en las fotos y necesite algo de repaso. Me permitieron late check out sin coste adicional lo cual me vino bien por la hora de mi vuelo. Aun con todo lo que comento negativo, volvería a hospedarme por la relación calidad-precio y ubicación.

Es más viejo de lo que se percibe en la foto (armarios de cocina en no muy buen estado, tapa del wc de arriba rota, algún agujero de más...). Seguramente algo de pintura y tapar los agujeros no le vendría mal. Podrían facilitar el manual de acceso un par de días antes (es muy extenso). La lavandería tiene un coste extra que ves en el manual (8,5 soles lavadora, y 8,5 secadora, no había nada para tender en el apartamento, o no lo vi por lo que la secadora era necesaria) pero que aquí no indica que tenga coste extra y es una sorpresa desagradable. Los servicios que se indican de piscina y gimnasio únicamente se pueden usar con estancias "largas", cosa que no se indica al reservar y que se asume que es posible el uso, pero luego no (aunque por la sorpresa del coste de lavandería me indicaron que se me permitía usar). La fianza han tardado casi dos semanas en devolverla debido a diversos errores, provocando otra situación desagradable pese a que siempre atendieron mis requerimientos. Lo cierto es que hay una serie de incomodidades y cosas inesperadas que empañan la estancia, que ponen empeño y van solucionando, pero que son perfectamente evitables con información más precisa y con mejores prácticas en la devolución de una fianza...

1. とにかく古い。壁に穴があいたまま、壁紙が汚い、トイレの天井が酷いなど写真からは到底想像出来ないほど、古いです。　 2. 洗濯機は共用スペースにあり、有料。洗濯、乾燥各々8.5ソルでした。しかも利用時間が夜10時までなので、洗濯出来ない日が多かったです。 3. 到着した際、汚く使い古した台所用スポンジ、台拭き、スリッパがあり第一印象が悪かったです。清掃会社が置き忘れたものらしく、スポンジと台拭きはすぐ新しいものと交換してくれました。 4.私達は夜23時頃到着したので、給湯器のスイッチを入れて間も無く、熱いお湯が出ませんでした。翌日からは問題ありませんでした。遅い到着の人には、予め給湯器のスイッチを入れておくサービスがあれば良いと思います。 5. 荷物預かりも有料でした(3USドル/日/個) 6.Booking.comには前払い不要とありますが、実際には利用日の前日に請求がありました。その時、支払ったにもかかわらず、単なるミスでもう一度請求されそうになりました。

The nicest place I've ever stayed at. Amazing apartment and terrace, pool and gym. Really good location and supermarket outside.

Had a problem with the deposit but wasn't their fault and they fixed it as soon as they could.

The location is awesome and we felt very safe. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nobody was informed about our arrival, it was just the building's security guard and noone speaks English. We tried the given phone number but noone picked up. It was very difficult to get the keys. There was a confusion about the payment. The booking confirmation showed that 50% of the price would be taken out in advance but that was unclear til the end. We ended u paying the full amount and didn't know if another 50% we're already taken out. There was a lot of construction noise starting in the morning and going on all day, probably just from the apartment above us. We would have liked any kind of note in the apartment that conformed we are in the right space, also the wifi code was sent to us on the day of the arrival when of course we didn't have wifi to receive it. Why isn't it just posted in the apartment? The fridge didn't work and the door to the balcony doesn't lock.
