Friendliness of the owner. Helpfulness of front desk staff.

The main photo in the ad is of a rooftop pool, so clearly this is what the owners think is a main selling point. But the pool had no water and was being sanded. Owner said if pool was out of action for whatever reason, I could use the pool in the tower opposite, but it was out of action because there were booked events happening there.

"It was not pleasant"

It was dirty. The hand towel in the bathroom was dirty. The other towels were also dirty/stains.
