MYExcept for a balcony, this unit has everything u need. It’s on a lower floor, lift trips are quick. Views are still pleasant, looking inwards of the development. Plenty of daylight. High water pressure. Has got a bath!!! Yeay! Well equipped kitchenette. Comfy sofa with xiomiTV, u just login in to your streaming account and enjoy your show. Bed is rather old, but still comfortable. And they also hv a standing steamer, no iron. Really felt like home. Making this my first choice from now on.
Internet wasn’t working when we came in, but it was resolved the next day. We left our keys at the security on the first day, when we came back the inarticulate Nepalese security told us our keys were missing/not with them. After a few text wt the property representative, the key suddenly magically reappeared. We’re never leaving our keys again if these are the kinds of people they’re hiring. No need Malay, just some simple command of English wld be sufficient. The unit, although seemed to hv been cleaned were still dusty. We couldn’t find a mop, so we brought one from Bens. No wiping cloth either, but they stock up paper rolls, so we use them without guilt. The door lock was broken. So it’s only the grille keeping us safe inside, and a door stopper that we shove in when locking up for the night.

There are some cracks in the tiles. The bedroom light is too dim. Apartment needs some maintenance.

SG-clean pillow and bedsheet -have water heater at main bathroom -5 mins walk to legoland and mall of medini -24hrs convenience shop just right below -there's a washing machine for us to wash our clothes! -air con

SGSGnothing at all. it is probably ok as a cheap alternative for stay near legoland. apart from that, there is nothing good with the property.
maintenance of the property. washing machine was broken, bathroom fixtures were all broken. no daily cleaning
