Apartament na Starówce

the owner offered to help carry my suitcases up (and down) the 2 levels of steep concrete stairs.

Although the old building was upgraded and attractive on the outside internally it was dark, dirty and not acceptable. There was no mention on the Booking.com site that there was NO Lift and that the building (without a No # displayed) is located on the Town Square where cars - including Taxis 🚕 are banned… meaning luggage has to be lugged over the cobblestones to the Building!

We really loved the apartment, super nice place! Its very central, the wifi was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Please understand that this is not an upscale apartment, but with the right expectations its amazing especially considering the price.

Its a bit loud from the restaurants / bars outside. However it's totally fine once you close the windows.

Location and host are most excellent. Host is very responsive at all times, went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The place is very spacious, right on the main square.

Good value, budget accommodation, situated in the old market Square less than 20 minutes walk from the train / bus stations. Good shower.

The furniture, cupboards and crockery could be cleaner but the bedding, bathroom and floor were very clean. The curtains do not block out the daylight so this might affect the duration of your sleep.

I have stayed at this property number of times, the host ALWAYS goes out of his way to accommodate requests, is always on time to hand over the keys, and responds very promptly to questions and requests. The place has excellent location right on the old town square, and is very spacious. It looks like the place has been refreshed and repainted recently.

The only thing I can think of is maybe getting darker drapes to block more light.

The location of the apartment is very good 👍
