The whole experience is too bad

The management use stupid AI to reply when AI said yes, human support say no, we asked for toilet paper, AI said yes but never deliver to us, the unit doesn't even has bath gel, and again AI said it is included

Parking is on the ground floor. Access to unit is really easy. Duplex unit is really clean, spacious and can fit my family. The unit is located on 5th floor where the pool, playground & gym is at. It also have balcony facing the BBQ facility & the vast ocean. Really convenient & beautiful view of sunrise. I love it so much.

"Worth the stay"

The booking process, the keys collect and the registration was easy. The location is good, easy access to city. The facilities are complete for the stay.

Maybe the color of the unit is too dark. Could be more brighter.

The property road leading up to parking lot is too narrow & difficult for SUV or bigger vehicle!!!
