We booked this hotel based on the room, view, and facilities shown in the pictures. However, when we arrived, we found that the actual room had no resemblance to what was shown on Booking.com. The room was unclean, the bed and bathroom were not properly maintained, and the surrounding environment was nothing like the photos. The most disappointing part was that the view promised in the listing was not provided at all. The hotel used misleading photos and inaccurate information to attract guests. Although they accepted our cancellation request, this kind of false presentation and poor experience is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to carefully check real guest reviews before booking, because the actual condition is very different from what is shown in the pictures.
