Room comfortable

Tv channel n wifi not connected at all. Only I bathroom with 2 bedroom

The location is very strategic. The surroundings of the hotel also great.

The bathroom is quite "worn-out". Please renovate the bathroom.

- the room is very dark - bathroom door broken - air conditioner is warm & very noisy (cannot sleep at all) - beside the basin have ants - the sofa is very hard - the pillow is very flat - the wardrobe is messy and clothes hanger is broken - the room smelled of mothballs - did not have complete cutlery (only have plastic fork) - washing machine is NOT provided but stated in facilities list is included - body shampoo did not refill IS NOT VALUABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Easy check in and check out process. Comfortable apartment with city view.

The TV cant be used due to some network problem. The owner didnt provide 3 in 1 drinks.

The privacy.

1. No prayer mat for muslim. 2. No qiblat arrow. Have to self find using qiblat finder. 3. Very slow ethernet. 4. Very slow water flow. 5. Bathroom a bit smelly.

1. Location is good. 2. Building esp lobby is clean.

1. Bathroom floor is very slippery and there is no floor mat/floor towel provided. Dangerous for small kids & senior citizen ( my mum). My son fell in the toilet once as the floor is slippery. 2. Would be nice if facial tissue is provided in the bedroom. 3. Would be nice to have complimentary mineral water/drinking water ( just like other apmnts we have stayed). For such a price, the facilities & hospitalities made me feel like staying at a budget hotel. Maybe next time will try stay at the apt managed by the hotel/resort, not a host ( resident). Should be better.
