В целом все хорошо. Вход по коду очень нравится, в квартире было чисто. Расположение отличное. Квартира нравится. Нам у вас подходит и уже привычно, останавливались 3 раза.

Минусы все же были: 1. Забилась раковина в ванной комнате до нашего приезда, т.е. либо уборщик не сообщил кому следует, либо не отреагировали. 2. Можно администрации проинструктировать того, кто за этим следит раз и навсегда, что оставлять нужно не только кофе, но и чай. Нам в 22:00 никак кофе не подошёл, а чая не было и сахар хоть бы один пакетик был. 3. Это более серьёзно, чем забитая раковина - не закрывается плотно дверь на балкон и из-за этого с одной стороны очень дует. Необходим регулировщик окон. 4. Время нашего пребывания совпало с празднованием хелоуина и поэтому кое-кто развлекался. В лифте кто-то оставил содержимое своего желудка. Убрано было кое-как. Уборщицы не было, т.к. по- видимому, она не работает в выходные дни. Лифтом пользоваться нельзя было. Даже, когда там было убрано в понедельник, все равно запах остался, наверное потому, что уборка не была тщательной. В остальном все хорошо в квартире 117.
