This appartment was a total disaster. I booked it for 8 nights but couldn't stay a single night there. The photos do not correspond to the actual condition of this appartment: the furniture there is different and of cheapest quality. When you enter this appartment you start feeling disgusting smell. Everything is dirty around: the mattress was covered with yellow stains and someone's hair; the sofa had disgusting smell like it has never been cleaned before; the oven was dirty; utencils were sticky, worn out and dirty; the kettle was worn out and extremely dirty; the refrigerator was dirty; the mirror in the corridor was covered with black stains all around; the shower head was broken and sprayed in different directions; the curtain in the bath was worn out and extremely dirty with yellow and brown stains all around; the hinge of the balcony door was broken, so you couldn't close it completely to isolate the street sounds, thus you cannot have quite place to rest; the neighbours were smoking and the smell of smoke was all around your balcony. Even the garbage bin was broken and no soap was provided to wash hands. WiFi was not working properly in that appartment as well: the password was correct and I managed to connect, but that connection was without internet. Everything was just worn out, dirty and disgusting! I contacted the property owner straight away and asked to arrange alternative accommodation or refund. First, they asked me to send them evidences - photos and videos, and then told that they couldn't arrange alternative accommodation. Then, they just stopped answering my calls, so I had to leave this place and booked a hotel in another place. Later they offered me 20% and then 50% refund. I demanded FULL REFUND as that was a total SCAM. Stay away from this place by all means!

Good location

the apartment is poorly cleaned

Good location Easy check in and out. Good laundry machine , although there is no dryer..

Although We made the reservation a year in advance, asking for adjacent apartments, we got 2 apartments. One in 2nd floor snd 1 in the 6th floor 🙁 Because we arrived early morning to warsaw, We asked for early check in, or at least just to put our luggage at the apartment, and they refused. Not only didn’t we get early check in, The cleaning was delayed so they delayed our check in in an hour! The cleaning was not thorough, we got unclean apartment. In the apartment there are curtains that doesn’t block light in the morning , and sunrise is at 5:00 am.. There are 2 construction sites on both sides of the building. And there is noise in the very early morning as well. Because there is no air conditioning If you want air, you have to leave the windows open, so you have to decide whether you prefer air to breathe or silence.. the ventilator in the closet was broken and not working.. The bed on one of the apartments was noisy, made sounds with every movement, made it difficult to sleep. The communication with the host was not good, seems they didnt understand our requests, or didn’t want to help.

The property and facilities was good. The place was so comfortable and clean. Near to all the places everyone need to see. Really recommonded.

We liked everything.just one thing, even though the property had a good balcony and clothes rack and was handy, if had a washing mashing for cloths was perfect because we were stayed for 4 night and we washed clothes by hands.

Good place, easy to get to the city

the couch was much smaller than it was shown in the pictures. It would have been better if there were more chairs at the dining table.

It was my second stay at this apartment. I like this place! Very convenient location: close to the city centre, good infrastructure nearby. You will have everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
