Clean and quiet.

Parking. You have to park in a line with another car. If the guy in front wants out, you must move your car. If you are in front and want out, you have to disturb the other guy.

The place does not look like the pictures. Maybe it looked like that 10 years ago, but currently the place desperately needs renovations. The sink was rusty, the walls were stained and had cracks, and the furniture looked like it came from the dumpster
