the only thing that was good was the friendly staff and the service level. but the place sucks for a 4 star hotel

the pool was under renovation which was notention on this site. only 1 out of 3 lift was working and we have to wait long as at time the lift is full. The airconditioning in my room was not working. The wifi is slow and almost non existance. waste of money

Groot en schoon appartement met fijne bedden. Locatie is prima en het zwembad is fijn. Goed werkende wasmachine en airco's.

Zoals op zoveel plekken in Maleisië lijkt er weinig onderhoud te zijn aan de faciliteiten van het complex (appartement zelf ziet er wel heel goed onderhouden uit). In de fitnessruimte hangen ventilatoren los aan het plafond en apparatuur is stuk of bijna stuk. In het kinder zwembad werkt een deel van het speelgoed niet meer en hangt los. Zwembad is rond de lunch gesloten en de openingstijden van het kinder zwembad zijn beperkt. Tot half 11 of 12 (weekend) en daarna vanaf 5 tot 8 geopend.

Very modern, aesthetically pleasing interior decoration and very clean apartment. Very comfortable bed, almost like 5 star hotels. Complete amenities you could ask for in an apartment except for cooking but thats understandable. We don’t cook anyway. The only thing im not that keen about is that the second car’s parking is quite far in the multi-storey carpark at the back despite many parking lots available near the building but i guess thats just the management’s policy.

Spacious and clean

The owner did not share all the information, we follow instructions to get the access card but at the still can’t go in to the unit. In order to go in the unit required to have password, the owner did not inform and we (infant, children and old folks) stand at outside waiting for the password
