It is cosy, very neat

The house is very clean and almost identical to the picture posted. It very equiped with Coway water filter which is very convenient to us. The host allow us to check out late which is very helpful.

The ceiling fan is noisy and its quite annoying at night. All rooms except the masterbed room were too bright with the light coming from the coridor, which yoi can't turn off and the curtain isn't sufficient to black-out the room. So we can't really sleep well. As for the location, distance wise it is very near to the town area (around 15 mins drive) however the road to the condo has traffic light every 300m. So you got to be patient waiting for traffic light every tine going out and in from/ to the homestay. There's only one parking bay provided so if you have more than 1 car you'll need to park at the visitor parking at another block and inconveniently located at the rooftop so you got to spend around 10mins everytime to get to the car or going back to the honestay unit. Another inconevience is that there's only one access card provided so you'll have to organise nicely to make sure everyone manage to get to the lift.

Overall good and pleasant stay with clean sheets, towels, rooms and bathrooms.

Doors quite squeaky, only need some oiling on the hinges.

Cozy place with water park facilities, great for group with kids. Restaurants and convenient stores are just located outside of the condo. No issue in food hunting in the middle of the night. The unit is spacious, clean and cozy.

Would really appreciate it if we can get 2 access cards instead of just 1.
