The condo is nice and clean.And the location is good.

There are no personal care supplies,such as towels,tooth brush.So I remember to bring these yourselves.

Island hospital is just across the street. Very convenient if u come to penang for medical. But if for tourists is not really good because quite far from food stall.

Housekeeping is not everyday cleaning ur room

The indian recepsionist is not professional

Registration was already completed on booking. Just had to make a room deposit and handed key card straightaway

Reception staff did their job rather mechanically, no smile, welcoming remarks.

I like its strategic location that is near to the General Hospital and easy for the patient's family to stay. The rooms were good and i loved the decorations and the Netflix provided.

I didn't like the fact that I had booked for another room through Booking. Com apps. However, when i arrived at the location during check-in, i found out that the room i booked has already been filled by another guest. The staff told me that it is due to false allotment by Booking. Com. I find this to be so unpleasant. I chose to stay here because one of my family members was admitted at the General Hospital and this place was near the Hospital. Fortunately, the staff was nice to give us another room instead. I do hope that this misfortunate situation won't happen to other guests.
