Bardzo dużo przestrzeni w mieszkaniu, gry dla dzieci, wyposażenie kuchni.

Hałas przejeżdżających tramwajów, niewygodne łóżko podwójne + na rozkladanej kanapie w ogóle nie było opcji spania - tak wystawały sprężyny.
