- świetna lokalizacja (zależało nam na bliskości Szpitala); - miejsce parkingowe w cenie mieszkania; - bezkontaktowe zameldowanie; - winda w bloku; - zestaw powitalny; - wyposażenie mieszkania we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty;

- mieszkanko jest super na króciutkie pobyty - podczas dłuższego pobytu może drażnić np. jednopalnikowa kuchenka; - miejsce parkingowe jest ogólnodostępne, więc każdy może zająć po uiszczeniu opłaty w parkometrze miejsce (brak miejsca dedykowanego do konkretnego mieszkania); - w lodówce zostawione było jedzenie po poprzednich gościach; - wystrój (ale to kwestia gustu); - podczas sprzątania warto zwrócić większą uwagę na szczegóły;

Super apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Kontakt z właścicielem na najwyższym poziomie, Pan Przemek bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, bardzo blisko szpitala, a tego dotyczył nasz pobyt w Szczecinie, więc na bliskości szpitala najbardziej nam zależało. Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym apartamencie.
