"Good location, need renovation."

Overall location was great, public transport in close vicinity of apppartment, small grocery store (zabka) downstairs, whole apartment complex under concierge (security) surveillance. Full set of clean towels provided. Self check-in was easy.

All of the facilities have too much wear in tear (photos did not represent current status of apppartment I.e. photos were made some time ago). The bathroom vent was dirty and barely working. Kitchen amenities were provided. However, some of them need replacement.

The location was great, and we were allowed to check in early.

The place was extremely dirty. It looked nothing like on a photo. Kitchen was not equipped at all. Mattress in the bedroom had no protector and was all in stains.

"Good location but not so good apartment details"

Good location, quiet courtyard. Quit big balcony.

Very visible depreciation, many things are broken, such as door handles, taps, the necessary things are missing, such as a pan, towels, the TV does not work, etc.
